Pamela Gay Collins Warren, age 76, a resident of Horizon Circle Homes in Owenton, Kentucky, formally of Salyersville; passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pamela was born January 24, 1946 in Knox, Indiana the daughter of David and Dahlia Mae Collins-Collins. Husband, Joe Warren, son, Dion Williams, brothers Van Collins, Guy Collins, and Anthony Collins also preceded in death.
Pamela was a homemaker and member of the Baptist Christian faith.
Those left to mourn includes Daughters, Sheila Lindley of Owenton, Kentucky, Valerie Williams of Frankfort, Kentucky, Son, Brian Williams of Owenton, Kentucky, Grandchildren, Ricky Shelton, Ashley Shelton, Alisha Williams Bumpass, Hank Williams, Noah Lindley, Kara Rose Hafley, Great-Grandchildren, Joey Parker, Leah Parker, Jayla Shelton, David Lindley, sisters, Hope Williams and husband Chalmer of Litchfield, Michigan, Holly Collins of Carter, Kentucky, Darla Holiday and husband Michael of Gunlock, Kentucky, Denise Collins of Salyersville, Kentucky, Brothers, Vernon Collins and wife Sondra of Surprise, Arizona, Dave Collins and wife Janet of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Pamela Warren were conducted Friday, July 8, 2022 from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy David Wotier delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Lewis Collins Cemetery on Half Mountain Road in Salyersville, Kentucky.
