Patty Sue Conley Holbrook age 81 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born July 15, 1940 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Orville and Ethel Church Conley.
Survived by one daughter, Tammy (Tony) Salyer of Salt Lick, Kentucky, six sisters, Billie Poe of Michigan, Pansy Blanton of Salyersville, Kentucky, Doris Barnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, Peggy Burkett of Ohio, Dottie Fletcher of Salyersville, Kentucky, Bonnie McKenzie of North Carolina, three grandchildren, Brandon Salyer, Brittany Keeton, Taneika Adams, two step – grandchildren, John Holbrook, Brian Marshall, four great grandchildren, Reagan and Madilynn Keeton, Alexis and Ryleigh Adams.
In addition to her parents, Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Holbrook, Jr., one stepson, Johnny B. Holbrook, one brother, Orville Conley, Jr., and one sister, Betty Harper.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from the State Road Fork United Baptist Church with John Blanton officiating. Burial followed in the Conley Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
