Paul Neil Shepherd age 49 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born September 10, 1976 in Magoffin County, Kentucky Barbara Rife Mullins and the late Paul Shepherd.
Survived by his mother, and stepfather, Barbara and Larry Mullins, two daughters, Megan Hensley and Daniel Bowen of Inez, Kentucky, Melanie Shepherd and Austin Elliott of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, one brother, Roy and Amber Shepherd of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Gracelyn Kidd, Alaina Bowen, Asher Bowen, Ava Elliott, with a host of family, friends and Chasity Shepherd.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Neil Carty officiating. Burial followed in the Wireman Cemetery at Rt 7 Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
