Rebecca Diane Couch age 38 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born September 09, 1983 in Harland, Kentucky to the late Vernon Couch and the late Tammy Cornett.
Survived by her husband, Kenny Scott, one son, Austin Ryan Couch of Virgie, Kentucky, five daughters, America (Tanner) Slone of Pikeville, Kentucky, Amber (Zach) Scott of Virgie, Kentucky, Alexis Scott of Pikeville, Kentucky, Alisha Couch of Pikeville, Kentucky, McShayla Hurt of Viper, Kentucky, three sisters, Mary Ellen (Rocky) Lewis, Angel (Bobby) Koger, Juanita (Moe) Long all of Cumberland, Kentucky, special friend, Haley Deaton.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca is preceded in death by one daughter, Makayla Scott.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, June 25, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial followed in the Family Cemetery at Whitaker Fork, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
