Rondall Leslie Risner age 55 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born October 04, 1967 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to George and Brenda Gay Poe Risner.
Survived by his wife, Paula Risner, one daughter, Marian Leslie Cezanne Risner (Stephan Randall) Minix of Royalton, Kentucky, one stepson, Jared (Shannon) Wheeler, five brothers, Emanuel Risner, Ben Risner, Richard Risner, Ralph Risner, Harold “Flip” (Julie) Risner all of Royalton, Kentucky, two step-grandchildren, Charlette Charlie Wheeler, and Hudson James Wheeler.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, July 30, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Andrew Fletcher officiating. Burial followed in the Stephen Howard Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
