Arnett Branch in Salyersville Kentucky; passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at ARH Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Rowena was born December 3, 1959 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma the daughter of the late Norbert Adkins and Janette VanHoose Brown. Brothers Kenneth Ray Adkins and Gary Wayne Adkins also preceded her in death.
Rowena was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Those left to mourn include sons, Marshall Dean Adkins and wife Cristie of Youngstown, Ohio, Joseph Brown and wife Nissey of Salyersville, Kentucky, daughter Andrea Williams of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Randal Adkins of Florida, seven grandchildren and a host of family and friends who love and will miss her.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Rowena Adkins Brown will be held at a later date. The Salyersville Funeral Home is entrusted with the care and services
