Samantha Lykins, age 29 , a resident of Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Salyersville.
Samantha was born June 10, 1992 at Paul B Hall Medical Center Paintsville, Kentucky the daughter of Wes Lykins and the late Mary “Tutti” Puckett Lykins.
Those left to mourn includes father Wes Lykins of Salyersville, Kentucky, brothers, Shane and Shawn Rowe of Salyersville, Kentucky sister Cindy Rowe of Salyersville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Samantha Lykins will be announced at a later date.
