Samuel “Sam” Allen age 84 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021, at the Martin County Heath Care Center in Inez, Kentucky. He was born January 27, 1937, in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Sam and Rose Reed Allen.
Sam is survived by a host of cousins, and friends.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from the Salyersville First Baptist Church with Ben Martin officiating. Burial followed at the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
