Stella Mae Perkins Sprague, age 78, a resident of 136 White Lick Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at her home.
Stella was born October 13, 1943 in White Oak, Kentucky the daughter of the late Charley and Roxie Lykins Perkins, husband, Fillmore Sprague, brothers, Johnnie Perkins, Sammy Perkins, Carl Perkins, Burlin Perkins, Burgess Perkins, sisters, Mattie Perkins Isaac, Lora Perkins, Margie Blair, Alma Caldwell, son in law, Jim Terry, also preceded her in death.
Stella enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Those left to mourn includes sons, Israel Moore of Salyersville, Kentucky, Dennis Sprague and wife Tammy of West Liberty, Kentucky, Danny Sprague of Salyersville, Kentucky, Frankie Lloyd Sprague and wife Caroline of Salyersville, Kentucky, Darius Sprague and wife Jennifer of Salyersville, Kentucky, William Sprague and wife Melinda of Salyersville, Kentucky, daughters, Carrie Sprague of Salyersville, Kentucky, Angela K. Sprague of Salyersville, Kentucky, Teresa Sprague of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ora Lee Coon and husband Gary of Ashland, Kentucky, Sue Benton and husband James of Salyersville, Kentucky, Connie Terry of Fairborn, Ohio, numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Stella Mae Sprague will be conducted Friday, May 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Hershel Wright and Dennis Marshall will deliver comforting words on the day of services. Interment will follow in the Perkins Family Cemetery on Trace Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Thursday, May 26, after 6 PM and anytime prior to funeral service
