Stevie James Back, age 50, a resident of Kel Patton Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024, at his home.
Stevie was born January 5, 1974 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky the son of Margie Back Couch and the late Steve McGrew. Sister, Donna Back, also preceded him in death.
Those left to mourn includes mother, Margie Couch of Salyersville, Kentucky, brothers, Curtis Back of London, Kentucky, Delmer Back of Salyersville, Kentucky, Michael Back of Salyersville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who love and miss him.
A graveside service for Stevie James Back will be conducted at a later time from the Back Family Cemetery on Back Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky. Contributions can be made to the memorial fund here at the funeral home.
