Tabatha Mullins Gullett age 57 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. She was born September 24, 1966 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Henry Bailey and Juanita Mullins (Farley) Howard.
Survived by her parents, one daughter, Laken (Bobby) Blanton of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Daniel Howard of Louisa, Kentucky, Brian Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Sherry Powers of Salyersville, Kentucky, Deana Rowe of Lexington, Kentucky, one granddaughter one the way, Fallon Leann Blanton.
Tabatha is preceded in death by one brother, David Howard, and one sister, Denise McCarty.
Memorial services were held Friday, October 06, 2023 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
