Tarzan Prater age 60 of Warsaw, Indiana formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Fort Wayne Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born March 05, 1964 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Alice Faye Collins Prater and the late Charlie Prater.
Survived his mother, one son, Nathan Prater of Wabash, Indiana, one sister, Christine Blankenship of Indiana, half sister, Kathy Mae Sparks of Salyersville, Kentucky, three half brothers, Sammie Prater of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Charlie Prater, Jr. of Allen, Kentucky, Kenneth Prater of Lexington, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his father, Tarzan is preceded in death by two brothers, Steven Prater, and Roy Prater.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, May 03, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Leckrone officiating. Burial followed in the Prater Cemetery at Middle Creek, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
