Ted “Freddy Alexander” Harbin age 85 of Sow Branch Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at his home. He was born December 24, 1938 in Bankston, Alabama to the late Grady Jackson and Elsie Smith Harbin.
Survived by his wife, Kathy Hembree Harbin, two sons, Shane Harbin of Winfield, Alabama, Jamie Harbin Whitwarth of Leavenworth, Kansas, two daughters, Kim Harbin Townsley, Amy Harbin, both of Winfield, Alabama, two step daughters, Elizabeth Solomon of Salyersville, Kentucky, Tina Hembree of Louisville, Kentucky, one sister Margaret Drummond of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ted is preceded in death by four brothers, James Alfred Harbin, Eugene Harbin, Tommy Harbin, Danny Wayne Harbin, one sister, Elizabeth Smith, one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Friday, June 21, 2024 from the Bowen Funeral Home in Winfield, Alabama. Family and friends may visit the funeral home Friday, June 21, 2024 from 1:00 P. M. till 3:00 P.M. Burial will follow in the New Liberty Cemetery at Bankston, Alabama.
