Timothy Stephen Patrick age 48 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born August 26, 1973 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Douglas and Rose Anna Layne Patrick.
Survived by his parents, two sons, Timothy Shane Patrick, Noah Brayden Patrick both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Charity Brooke Perkins, who he raised as his own, one brother, Jimmy Patrick, two sisters, Tonya Patrick Damron, Debbie Patrick, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Timothy is preceded in death by one brother, Curtis Dean Patrick, two sisters, Earlene Patrick, Chrystal Patrick, and one nephew, Jacob Ryan Patrick.
He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a dedicated member of the Fritz Church of God.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, September 19, 2021 from the Fritz Church of God with Larry Patrick and Dallas Patrick officiating. Burial followed in the Patrick Family Cemetery, Middle Fork, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
