Toni Spencer Arnett, age 57, a resident of Potter Lane in Hazard, Kentucky; passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky.
Toni was born June 11, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of the late Benny and Fannie Jean Allen Spencer.
Those left to mourn includes husband, Mark Arnett, mother Fannie Jean Allen Spencer, sons, Shane Arnett and wife Stephanie of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ryan Arnett and wife Shawna of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Nanette Strong of Hazard, Kentucky, Eva Spencer of Cynthiana, Kentucky, brothers, Willie Spencer of Wasilla, Alaska, Benton Ray Spencer of Wasilla, Alaska, grandchildren, Maggie, Sierra, Spencer, Ruthie, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
