Tony Patrick, age 66, a resident of Middle Fork in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 at his home.
Tony was born September 29, 1955 in Salyersville, Kentucky the son of the late Dennis and Eather Watts Patrick. Brothers Doug Patrick, Fred Patrick, Payne Patrick, Glenn Patrick, and Reno Patrick preceded him in death.
Tony was self employed business developer and owner.
Those left to mourn includes wife, Kathy Holbrook Patrick, son, Jeremy Holbrook and wife April of Dallas, Texas, daughter, Toni and husband Robert Colin of Dallas, Texas, beloved grandson, Jeremy Holbrook of Laguna Niguel, California, sister, Sharron Bowers, brothers, Wayne Patrick, Carl Patrick, Denver Patrick, Michael Patrick, Dennis Patrick, Robert Patrick, Smith Patrick, and a host of family and friends who love and miss him.
