Vernonna Sue Porter Tackett age 67 of Twin Lick Road, Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 03, 2022 at her home. She was born, June 02, 1955 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Ray Porter and Betty McIntosh Griffith.
Survived by two sons, Steven Craig and wife, Crystal Tackett, Matthew Lynn and wife, Ashley Tackett both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Greg Porter of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Racine Patrick of Oil Springs, Kentucky, Glenda Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, five grandsons, Logan Tackett, Trenton Tackett, Mason Tackett, Steven Connor Tackett, and Gavin Tackett.
In addition to her parents, Vernonna is preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Darrell Tackett.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, December 06, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Tackett officiating. Burial followed in the Tackett Cemetery at Twin Lick, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
