MIDDLE FORK – A man wanted in a Morgan County case was arrested in Magoffin on Monday night.
According to the arrest citation, Bobby Shepherd, 46, of Right-Hand Middle Fork Road, was arrested by Kentucky State Police Post 9 Trooper Hale on Lick Branch of Middle Fork Road at approximately 11:50 p.m. on December 7.
Shepherd had been indicted in August in Morgan County, charged with selling or receiving a vehicle with a removed or altered VIN, possession of marijuana, no operators-moped license, receiving stolen property under $10,000, and persistent felony offender.
According to the warrant, Shepherd’s bail has been set at $25,000 cash.
No other information was available about the case and no court date has been scheduled at this time.
At press time, Shepherd is still being held at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
