Willie Gipson age 63 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away July 08, 2025 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born October 15, 1961 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late William McKinley Gipson and the late Vicie Ellen Keeton McClain.
Survived by two sons, Kernie Seagrass, Willian McKinley Seagrass both of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, two daughters, Vicie Renee Seagrass, Gwendolyn Virginia Seagrass both of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, one brother, William (Louise) Gipson of Salyersville, Kentucky, and one sister, Youvonne Gipson of Lima, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Willie is preceded in death by four brothers, Lacy Gipson, Edward Clay Gipson, Edgar Gipson, Squire Gipson, two sisters, Pauline Gipson, and Maxine Gipson.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 12, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with J.R. Owens officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, July 11, 2025 from 6pm to 9pm and anytime Saturday prior to funeral services.
