Wilma Louise Collinsworth age 77 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born June 20, 1944 in Knox, Indiana to the late Carl and Virgie Rowe Taulbee.
Survived by her husband, William Ray Collinsworth, three sons, Stacy Puckett, Sheridan Puckett, Joe Kenneth Collinsworth, one daughter, Jonie Renee Bentley, one brother, James Gordan Taulbee, three sisters, Lillian Gaye Powers, Darlene Winfrey, Vivian Lopez, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Ann Barthelemy, two sisters, Beulah Allen, and Inis Pearl Carty.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 09, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Flint Branch Cemetery at Lakeville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, October 08, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior till funeral services.
