2nd Annual Christmas on the Farm Benefit Horse Show to be held July 12

SALYERSVILLE — The 2nd Annual Christmas on the Farm Benefit Show is set to be held at the Magoffin County Horse Park on Saturday, July 12.

The upcoming horse show is slated to start at 7 p.m.

Money raised from the horse show will go to Christmas on the Farm, which benefits local children.

Payback will happen in each class.

The classes for the horse show will be as follows: 1. Lead Line, 2. Beginner Rider, 3. Ladies Pleasure, 4. Spotted Pleasure, 5. Mountain Horse Trail Pleasure, 6. Keg Shod Racking (3 Gears), 7. Men’s Pleasure, 8. Mountain Horse Classic/Park Pleasure, 9. Go As You Please, 10. 12 and Under Juvenile Pleasure, 11. Trail Pleasure Racking, 12. Baby Bottle, 13. Generational Gap, 14. Juvenile Mountain Horse, 15. Speed Racking, 16. Shovel Race, 17. Open Pacing, 18. Juvenile Trail Pleasure Racking, 19. Palomino Pleasure, 20. Mountain Horse Stallions, 21. Country Pleasure, 22. Flat Shod Style Racking, 23. Juvenile Trail Pleasure, 24. Country Racking, 25. Country Pleasure Walking, 26. Doubles Class, 27. Open Juvenile Pleasure Championship, 28. Open Trail Pleasure Championship, 29. Open Mountain Horse Championship, 30. Open Speed Racking Championship.

The entry fee for classes 2-26 is $10.

The entry fee for the championship classes is $25.

The payout for classes 2-26 is as follows: 1st – $40, 2nd – $20, 3rd – $15.

The payout for the championship classes is as follows: 1st – $200, 2nd – $75, 3rd – $25.
