SALYERSVILLE — The Salyersville Grade School girls’ basketball program will hold an open gym session on Friday, Aug. 7.
Girls in fourth grade-sixth grade at Salyersville Grade School who are interested in playing in the 2026 hoops season should attend the open gym session, which will be held at SGS from 3:30 p.m.-5 p.m.
Any student participating in the open gym session should bring a copy of an updated sports physical.
Students across Magoffin County entered the week poised to return to classes with the start of the 2026-27 schoolyear.
