One person was flown out after a single-vehicle accident on KY Rt. 40 Wednesday. The driver told officials she was startled by a dog when she ran off the road and hit a culvert. Though believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, the driver, who is a nurse, was flown out due to her past medical history.
