Donna Joy Howard Helton age 65 of Lexington, Kentucky formerly of Salyersville, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023 at her home. She was born September 22, 1958 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Alvin and Stella Hager Howard.
Survived by two daughters, Olivia Joy (Scot) Maynard of Lexington, Kentucky, Valerie Gomez of Lexington, Kentucky, four brothers, Oliver Dwayne Howard, Travis Howard, Donald Ray Howard, Billy Ray Howard, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Linda Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Anna Jenkins of Hillsboro, two grandchildren, Aiden Castaneda, and Ethan Castaneda.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Tex Helton, one brother, Randall Howard, and one sister, Sandra K, Miller.
Funeral services were conduced Sunday, October 22, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Yates officiating. Burial followed in the Helton Cemetery at Lick Creek, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
