District Judge Dennis Prater released this week that all in-person court is being postponed starting November 30. He said they are currently not sure how long the new shutdown will last, with the current order from the Supreme Court not giving a return date. Anyone with a court date of November 30 or a court date in December or January should be checking their mail for a court notice that will give them a new date.
