Billy Arlie Howard, age 52, a resident of Falcon Road in Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 at ARH Paintsville in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Billy was born November 21, 1970 in Columbus, Ohio the son of the late Lonnie and Glenda Williams Howard. Son, Lonnie Howard, also preceded in death.
Billy enjoyed mechanic work, often ATVs, with his free time. He was often found tinkering w engines and repair work that needed done.
Those left to mourn includes daughters, Cheyenne Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Karlie Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Bobby Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who love and miss him.
Funeral services for Billy Howard were conducted Monday, October 23, 2023 from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Rufus Tackett delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Williams Family Cemetery on Rockhouse Road in Salyersville, Kentucky.
