Cathy Ann Emmons Cole, age 61, a resident of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Cathy was born September 5, 1959 in Albion, Michigan the daughter of the late John and Thelma Gipson Emmons. Husband, Kenny Cole, son, Shon Emmons, daughter, Kandy Cole, sister, Denise Emmons, and brother, Johnnie Emmons also preceded in death. Cathy was a homemaker and a devoted member of her family. She was a member of Pentecostal faith.
Those left to mourn includes daughter, Melinda Cole of Salyersville, Kentucky, sons, Kelly Cole of Salyersville, Kentucky, Kenny Cole and wife Deanna of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Kevin Cole of Salyersville, Kentucky, Kyle Cole of Salyersville, Kentucky, Alex Cole and wife Michaela of Danville, Kentucky, sisters, Kim Hutchinson of Michigan, Sandy Emmons of Michigan, Viola Fletcher and husband Tex of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Chuckie Emmons of Michigan, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Cathy Ann Cole were conducted Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Johnnie King delivered words on the day of the service. Interment will occur at a later date in the Cole Family Cemetery.
