Christine Howard Slusher age 80 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born January 25, 1943 at Bloomington, Kentucky to the late Gaines and Ollie Lovely Howard.
Survivors include one brother, Thomas C. (Patricia) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister-in-law, Andrea Sue Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, four nieces, Jeanna Bailey, Crystal Arnett, Shawnna Scott, Elizabeth Pelphrey, with a host of great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Christine is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Slusher, one brother, Farmer Howard, two sisters, Vivian Irene Lykins, Ina Jean Howard, two nieces, Belinda Lykins, Francis, and Olivia Nichole Howard.
Graveside services were conducted Wednesday, January 03, 2024 from the Mouth of Buffalo Cemetery with Floyd Arnett officiating, Burial followed.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
