Corbett Stephens age 79 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, August 18, 2021 at his home. He was born August 13, 1942 at Cow Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Jay T. and Flora Dunn Stephens.
Survived by his wife, La Dale Vance Stephens, one son, Marcus Shannon and wife Rebecca Stephens, of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Susan Stephens, of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Kenneth Stephens of Ohio, three grandchildren, Lance Stephens, Lynzie Stephens, and Cassidy Stephens.
In addition to his parents, Corbett is preceded in death by four brothers, Jack Stephens, J. B. Stephens, Louie Stephens, Lance Stephens, five sisters, Irene Lykins, Wilma Patrick, Versie Stevens, Mildred Back, and Janet Sue Stephens.
Burial will be at the Highlands Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky, all services are private per family request.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
