Earnie Franklin Howard age 86 of Brookville, Ohio formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 at his home. He was born June 29, 1937 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Earnie Anderson and Virgie Conley Howard.
Survived by his companion, Betty Jo Howard, one son, Robert Howard of Ft. Myers, Florida, two daughters, Pamela Howard of Brooksville, Ohio, Melinda Miller of Georgia, one sister, Bernice Cheek of Salyersville, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, Luke, Colton, Jeremy, Gabriella, Cory, Crystal, Tye, and many great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Earnie is preceded in death by one daughter, Lori Howard, one brother, Grant Howard, two sisters, Helen Branch, and Shirley Howard.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Darcy Owens officiating. Burial followed in the Jessie Howard Cemetery at Twin Lick, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
