Edith Puckett Lykins, age 64, a resident of Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at Paintsville ARH Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Edith was born April 16, 1957 in Crown Point, Indiana the daughter of Joanne White Puckett and the late Charles Puckett. Husband, Bill Lykins, and sibling, Teddy Puckett also preceded in death.
Those left to mourn includes sons, Timothy Lykins of Allen, Kentucky, Brandon Lykins of Shelbyville, Kentucky, daughters, Jessica Ellis of Salyersville, Kentucky, Makayla Lykins of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Chuck Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Melissa Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, Connie Burke of Salyersville, Kentucky, grandchildren, Jacob Conley, Gabriel Lykins Fletcher, Elizabeth Cabella Ann Lykins Fletcher, Penelope Lykins, great grandchild, Zadin Conley Watts, also a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
A graveside service for Edith Puckett Lykins was conducted Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from the Earl May Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Chuck Puckett delivered comforting words on the day of service. Contributions can be made to the memorial fund in Ediths honor at the Salyersville Funeral Home.
