GRAYSON — Junior pitcher Holly Handshoe was among the players who contributed for Kentucky Christian University during the 2024 college softball season.
Handshoe, a Magoffin County High School graduate, made five pitching appearances for Kentucky Christian University during her junior campaign.
Kentucky Christian University compiled an 18-28 record in the 2024 college softball season. The Lady Knights outlasted Oakland City 2-1 to win the NCCAA Mideast Region Tournament Championship. Kentucky Christian University Coach Mark Ritchhart was named the NCCAA Mideast Region Coach of the Year.
Prior to college, Handshoe excelled as a high school student-athlete. Handshoe is majoring in Counseling Psychology.
