SALYERSVILLE — Herald Whitaker Middle School has released its schedule for the 2025 season, which will kick off in August.
Head coach Nathan Perkins will continue to guide the Hornets in the 2025 middle school football season. In addition to guiding the middle school program, Perkins is an assistant coach for Magoffin County on the high school level. Perkins is a University of Pikeville graduate. Prior to beginning his coaching career, Perkins was an offensive lineman for the University of Pikeville football program.
Herald Whitaker Middle School contends for championships on the gridiron annually. The Hornets are the reigning EKMC A-Team Champions.
Players in various grades are poised to contribute for HWMS in the 2025 middle school football season.
