Herbert Jerome “Jerry” Saylor age 53 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born November 07, 1970 at Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Gerald Lloyd Saylor and Deborah Mullins Saylor Howard, who survives.
Survivors include his mother, step-father, J.D. Howard, two sons, Brandon Jerome Saylor and Jerald David “J.D.” Saylor both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Derek (Stefany) Saylor of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Shana (Alvin) Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, two nieces, Alley Rhiannon Patrick , Addison Jayde Patrick, one nephew, Derek Chaney Saylor, and Jerry’s companion, Ravonda Russell.
Funeral services were conduced Sunday, January 14, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed and Doug Dunn officiating. Burial followed in the Caudill Cemetery at Holderby Branch, in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
