SALYERSVILLE — The Herald Whitaker Middle School boys’ basketball program will hold tryouts at the HWMS Gym on Saturday, May 18.
The tryouts are for students who will be in seventh grade or eighth grade during the 2025-26 schoolyear.
Each student-athlete must provide an updated physical to HWMS Coach Robbie Russell. The physical should be valid through Friday, Aug. 1.
Tryouts for eighth graders will be conducted from 3 p.m.-4 p.m.
Tryouts for seventh graders will be conducted from 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
The Herald Whitaker Middle School boys’ basketball team will tip off its 2025-26 season in the fall.
