SALYERSVILLE – A Magoffin County grand jury indictment was released this week as another defendant was served.
In April of this year a grand jury indicted Ronnie L. Caldwell, 38, of Richmond, who is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, methamphetamine (Class D felony). According to the indictment, on or about August 27, 2023, Caldwell possessed a quantity of methamphetamine.
Indictments are now released as the defendants are served, hence why this is an indictment issued in April but being released now.
