James William “Willie” Lyon age 24 of West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 in West Liberty, Kentucky. He was born February 09, 1997 in West Liberty, Kentucky to William and Cindy Taulbee Lyon.
Besides his parents he is survived by his wife Ashley Risner Lyon, one son, James Lukas Lyon of West Liberty, Kentucky, two daughters, Presley Noel Lyon, Kendall Grey Lyon both of West Liberty, Kentucky, two brothers, Gary Blake Coldiron, Joseph Grayson Lyon both of West Liberty, Kentucky, three sisters, Rita Lyon Perry of West Liberty, Kentucky, Ruth Lyon Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky and Amy Coldiron of Morehead, Kentucky, maternal grandmother, Alice Taulbee Howard, special aunt, Molly Clemons, father-in-law, Keith Risner, mother-in-law, Tina Risner, special cousin, Laken Cheyenne Helton Bradley with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Willie is preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Charles Taulbee, paternal grandparents, James Hassel and Bertha Caudill Lyon, and his great grandmother, Amy Clemons.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, May 23, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Harry Frisby officiating.
Burial followed in the Nickels Cemetery in West Liberty, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
