Levinna Risner Howard Mann age 80 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in Magoffin County, Kentucky. She was born June 25, 1944 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late James Woodrow and Emma Jean Pack Risner.
Survived by one son, Eddie D. (Joetta) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Felicia Mealette (David Keith) Elsea of Salyersville, Kentucky, Leatha Kaye (Mike) Cantrell of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, John Laurel (Emma) Risner of Springfield, Ohio, David (Bessie) Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, five sisters, Sharon Gwen (Veldon) Isaac of South Charleston, Ohio, Charlotte Risner Conley of Paintsville, Kentucky, Ruie Marie Risner (Mike) Ackley of Paintsville, Kentucky, Catherine Risner (Mike) Isaac of Springfield, Ohio, Sheila Risner of Texas, eight grandchildren, Michael Blake Cantrell, Kayla Nashae Howard (Terry) Russell, David Keith Elsea, Chad Tyler Elsea, Shakasta Nadean Howard, Jameson Benjamin Troy Edward Howard, Kelsey (Andrew) Shepherd, Dawton (Brittany) Helton, six great- grandchildren, Tarah Russell, Taten Russell, Preston Tyler Russell, Presley Kate Russell, Mahayla Williams, Jason Williams, with numerous nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Levinnia is preceded in death by her first husband, Benjamin Franklin “Ben” Howard, second husband, Marcus Mann, one brother, Noah Darrell Risner, one sister, Carol Sue Risner, and one grandson, Ronnie Eugene Harwell.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, October 20, 2024 from the Rockhouse Liberty Baptist Church with Ronald Jenkins and Denzel Jenkins officiating. Burial followed in the Jenkins Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
