Lorene Gamble Howard age 76 of Buffalo Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at her home. She was born April 02, 1947 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Hazel and Estie Howard Gamble.
Survived by her husband Hearl Howard, one son, Phillip Jones (Kathy) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Kathy LaSha Puckett, Beverly Jane (Dean) Russell both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Harold Gamble of Salyersville, Kentucky, Marvin Gamble of West Liberty, Kentucky, six sisters, Emma Faye Jenkins, Ella Mae Howard, Wandalene Adams, Maxine Hunley, Irene Gamble, Dora Lou Russell all of Salyersville, Kentucky, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Lorene is preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Sue Howard, two granddaughter, Samantha Lorene Prater, Robin Jeanette Blanton, Novella Antoinette Williams, and one brother, Berlin Gamble.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 30, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Jackie Smith, Hershel Wright, and Marc Russell officiating. Burial followed in the Head Buffalo Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
