SALYERSVILLE — The Magoffin County archery program held a meeting in the Herald Whitaker Middle School Cafeteria on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
The archery meeting was open to students in sixth-12th grades.
High school, middle school and elementary school teams across Magoffin County excel annually.
Magoffin County competes in Region 11 on the high school level. The alignment for Region 11 is as follows: Ashland Blazer, Betsy Layne, Boyd County, East Carter, East Ridge, Elliott County, Fairview, Floyd Central, Greenup County, Johnson Central, Lawrence County, Magoffin County, Morgan County, Paintsville, Piarist, Pike County Central, Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Rose Hill Christian, Rowan County, Russell, Shelby Valley, West Carter.
