Ora Lee Fitzpatrick Smith Age 82 of Royalton, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Salyersville Nursing and Rehab Center in Salyersville, Kentucky. She was born August 17, 1940 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Fritz and Hazel Risner Fitzpatrick.
Survived by one brother, Charles Fitzpatrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Sarah Jane Burson, Brenda (Morris) Arnett both of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ora Lee is preceded in death by two brothers, Harry James Fitzpatrick, and Archie Fitzpatrick.
Funeral survives were conducted Sunday, October 23, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Minix officiating. Burial followed in the Fitzpatrick Cemetery at Puncheon Creek, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
