Phyllis Gail Arnett Allen age 89 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 08, 2026 at her home. She was born July 11, 1936 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Raymond and Peggy Adams Arnett.
Survived by one son, Barry Jack and his wife Dawn Allen of Alburn, Kentucky, one daughter, Jill Ward of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Glenna Brown of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Barry Neil (Kayla) Allen, Leah (Brandon) Coats, six great grandchildren, Eli Coats, Noah Allen, Nyla Allen, Emma Coats, Abe Coats, and Amos Coats.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Jack Austin Allen, one son-in-law, Ricky Ward, one grandson, Wesley Scott Ward, and one sister, Sandra Conley.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, April 13, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ronald Thacker. Burial followed in the Arnett Family Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
