Vicky Messersmith Phipps, age 75, a resident of Jellico Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at ARH Paintsville in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Vicky was born October 7, 1948 in Shelby, Ohio the daughter of the late George Messersmith and Betty Hunter Norris.
She was employed at Toyota Manufacturing in Georgetown, Kentucky until her retirement.
Those left to mourn includes daughter, Dawn Gottron of Salyersville, Kentucky; son, Gregory Phipps of Salyersville, Kentucky; sister, Debbie Wren of Pickerington, Ohio; grandchild, Gregory Scott Phipps of Salyersville, Kentucky; great grandchildren, Nathan Phipps, Gabriel Phipps of Salyersville, Kentucky; a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
