Wayne Irvin Allen age 90 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at the Paintsville ARH in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born December 10, 1933 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Claude and Theo Hazlett Allen.
Survived by one sister, Sue Dale Minix of Louisville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by three brothers, Claude Dempsey Allen, Grover Cleveland Allen, Buddy Jack Allen, five sisters, Geneva Howes, Juanita Wharton, Marietta Taylor, Avanell Howes, and Shirley Thompson.
Wayne was a member of the Salyersville First Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 03, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Toby Allen and Ben Martin officiating. Burial followed at the Cain Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
