Hall finishes 17th at Harlan County All-Comers Meet

Congratulations to our cross country team for their performance at the Harlan County meet on Tuesday. The boys team placed 5th overall. Matthew Hall led the boys team with a time of 21:21. He, Darrin Phipps, Sullivan Rice, Colton Boyd, JP Owens and Eli Howard make up the boys team. Abigail Bradley and Abbigail Skaggs did a great job representing the girls team. Also great job to our elementary finishes, Jackson Owens, Aiden Bingham, and Hudson Brown, who also had an outstanding performance. Photos || Magoffin County Cross Country

BAXTER — Junior Matthew Hall finished 17th to lead Magoffin County at the Harlan County All-Comers Meet on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

The Harlan County All-Comers Meet featured runners and teams from multiple regions.

Both boys and girls competed for Magoffin County at the Harlan County All-Comers Meet.

Girls’ 5,000 Meter Run: 28th – Abbie Skaggs, 45:43.00; 29th – Abigail Bradley, 45:59.00.
Boys’ 5,000 Meter Run: 17th – Matthew Hall, 21:21.75; 33rd – Darrin Phipps, 27:56.06; 35th – Sullivan Rice, 28:17.94; 37th – Colton Boyd, 29:00.38; 38th – JP Owens, 29:01.24; 44th – Eli Howard, 31:21.38.
