Curtis Jean Ingram

Curtis Jean Ingram age 68 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Highlands ARH Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born on March 8, 1954 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Boyd Edward Ingram and May Prater Ingram Rife.

Curtis was a servant of Christ and truly loved the Lord and attending Church.

Curtis is survived by one sister, Erma Noppe of Jackson, Michigan. She is also survived by one son, Donnie (Patricia) Wireman and three daughters, Ethel (Dale) Salyer, Tracy (Tim) Cole, and Brittney (Scottie) Prater all of Salyersville, Kentucky. Curtis leaves behind fourteen grandchildren, James Thomas Wireman, Michael (Michaela) Salyer, DeAnna Salyer, Josh (Jessica) Salyer, Taylor Cole, Christopher Cole, Austin Cole, Josiah Cole, Kendalyn Cole, Kadience Music, Madison Prater, Cheyenne Prater, Colton Prater, and Chloe Prater. Three great grandchildren, Olivia Cole, Sophia Salyer, and Layla Salyer also survive. A Host of other family members and friends will mourn her loss.

In addition to her parents, Curtis is preceded in death by four brothers, Earnest Ingram, Kelley Ingram, Omer Ingram, and Ellis Ingram, and two sisters, Polly Ingram and Oma Pinks.

The family requested a private visitation and graveside service, held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Curtis was laid to rest on the Wireman Cemetery at Brushy Fork of Gunlock, Kentucky.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
