Dustin Donald Douglas Basham infant son of Chad Douglas Basham and Elizabeth Dawn Wireman passed away Wednesday, March 03, 2021 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Survived by his parents, one brother, Donald Basham, five sisters, Hayley Basham, Donelle Wireman, Xanthia Williams, Julienn Basham, Skyla Basham, Paternal grandfathers, Stephen Helton and Donald Risner, maternal grandmother, Dorsie Wireman, with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
Preceded in death by one brother, Michael Don Salyer, one sister, Roxie Bethann Salyer, paternal grandmother, Latisha Basham, and maternal grandfather, Donald Wireman.
Funeral services were conducted at 12:00 P.M. Sunday, March 07, 2021 from the Evangelistic House of Prayer at Gunlock, Kentucky with Michael Rose, Floyd Arnett, and Ricky Wireman officiating. Burial followed in the Wiley Wireman Cemetery at Gunlock, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
