Frankie “Lucy” Arnett age 55 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 02, 2023 at the Paintsville ARH Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born December 15, 1967 at Royalton, Kentucky to the late Pat Arnett and Yvonne Rowe Arnett who survives.
Survived by her husband, Paul Minix, Sr., two sons, Paul Edward Minix, Jr., and Trenton Lee Minix both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Jackie Lee (Jeannie) Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, her twin Jessie (Michelle) Arnett of Monticello, Indiana, one sister, Patty Ann Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Ethan Minix, Shelby Sue Minix, Paul Edward Minix III, Desmond Collinsworth, Dakota Collinsworth with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, August 07, 2023 from the Gun Creek Baptist Church with Beecher McCarty, Jr., and Dave Minx officiating. Burial followed in the Rowe-Arnett Cemetery at Bill’s Fork, Gun Creek Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
