SALYERSVILLE — UK King’s Daughters will offer free sports physicals at Magoffin County High School on Thursday, June 25.
The free sports physicals are open to all Magoffin County student-athletes and will be conducted from 2 p.m.-5 p.m.
Forms for the sports physicals are available online. Each of the forms must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
No appointment is needed.
Every Magoffin County student-athlete must have a valid sports physical on file at their school.
