Goebel Bailey age 66 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at the Salyersville Health Care Center in Salyersville, Kentucky. He was born March 12, 1957 at Carver, Kentucky to the late Linvil and Melivee Salyer Bailey.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Salyer Bailey, two sons, Shawn David (Elizabeth) Bailey, Goebel Bradly (Paula Elisabeth) Bailey both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Corrinna Gwen Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, one step-daughter, Eva Jo Mugge of Chicago, Illinois, one brother, Mitchell Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, four sisters, Eileen Cole of Indianapolis. Indiana, Jean Baird of Nevada, Mary Salyers, Loretta Prater both of Salyersville, Kentucky, six grandchildren, Charolette Eliza’Leigh Bailey, Emeila”Gail Diana Bailey, Ella Blake Bailey, Trinity Paige Bailey, Aliyah Corrine Dunn, and Kyndall Diana Mugge.
In addition to his parents, Goebel is preceded in death by three brothers, Larry Bailey, Add Bailey, and Lonnie Bailey.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, November 09, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Dennis Marshall officiating. Burial followed in the Linvil Bailey Cemetery, Oakley, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
